Perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to defend themselves effectively and build their health and fitness. Extremely friendly atmosphere but everyone grafts and works hard when it gets down to it. There is a sense of having worked hard and improved yourself at the end of each lesson. ..

My son achieved his junior Black belt in mixed martial arts at a very young age ( age 10) last year. this class has helped him develop and he loves it. We hope he carrys on right through to adulthood.
The school took him under their wing and i am very greatful

A well rounded art that unlocks your own fighting style and works with you. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to learn how to defend themselves, get fit or even just be around a friendly yet focussed atmosphere.

Very to the point self defence with a good mixture of traditional Kung Fu and no nonsense application.
You get taught so much at Hung Leng Kuen that it's easy to find what works best for you. All of the instructors are very experienced and approachable, and the class in general has a friendly, hard-working vibe. The club has a no-nonsense approach to self-defence and you'll be taught simple techniques that work well in a wide range of different situations, so you won't be stuck trying to remember things if you ever do need to use your new skills. In addition, you'll get to build on your current level of fitness and flexibility so it doesn't matter where you're starting from. Hung Leng is definitely the club for me!
