At Karate East Kent we teach all aspects of Kyokushin Karate:- self defence and two fighting styles for sport and competitions, non-contact and Knock-down. We also teach the full syllabus of Strikes, kicks, blocks and Kata (detailed patterns of movement) so that students can earn the right to wear the different coloured belts.
Our organization "IKK" is Young Kent Affiliated and our instructors are safeguarding checked.
