Learn the ancient martial art of Ju Jitsu (The Gentle Art), self-defense. Training is available for men, women and children and is a great way to meet new people and make new friends.

The center have separate junior and adult programs and offer a 1st FREE intro class. Call today to reserve your place.

Impact Self Defence and Ju Jitsu is part of a team qualified to a high standards in the ancient art of Ju Jitsu. 1st Degree Black belt as a minimum and CRB Cleared and are part of BJJAGB.
