Thoroughly enjoy the Ju Jitsu class. The teacher is really good, explains everything clearly and demonstrates in various ways, then watches to make sure we were doing it correctly. Its only a small class, but very friendly, positive vibes and love the sense of achievement. . Varied techniques with attacking and defending, correct stances, throws and syllabus work.
