Traditional and Sport Taekwondo in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Your fitness, flexibility and coordination will improve and your confidence along with them. The Instructor, Mr Adrian Felice, believes in treating people as individuals so rather than doing the classic 'one-size-fits-all' he will tailor your training to suit your needs. The only thing that matters is that you want to learn Taekwondo, it does not matter how tough or fit you are right now, it does not matter if you make mistakes or take a while to learn things. We train regular people like you, we are regular people like you!
