Incorporating Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do Concepts, Kali, Wing Chun, Thai Boxing & more, the Rapid Assault Tactics is used by the Navy SEALS, FBI, CIA and many more elite fighting and law enforcement services.
Train in small self-defence classes with a maximum of four people to ensure you learn effectively and efficiently

We do not teach an open public self-defence class.
The Rapid Assault Tactics were designed and used by special forces so we do not teach kids or people with a passing interest.
We have three self-defence classes programmes in Hull.
1. Semi-private self-defence classes
2. Private Self-defence classes
3. Rapid Assault Tactics Instructor training.
The semi-private self-defence classes are for up to four people at a time for an hour per week.
Our personal self-defence classes are for anyone who wants a weekly training session on their own.
Interception Martial Arts Hull is also an established and certificated instructor training centre.
We run phase one Rapid Assault Tactics instructor training here in Hull. Add to your existing Martial Arts and Self Defence skills and become a RAT instructor in a weekend.
