We practice Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido, often called Ki Aikido. The club is lead by Sensei Angus Lyall 5th Dan and we are affiliated to the Ki No Kenkyukai Internationale and registered with the British Aikido Board.
We are a small, relatively informal and friendly club who welcome both beginners and experienced Aikidoka.
The first class is free so give it a try
