Tang Soo Do trains the body and mind through physical training that involves the application of power, coordination, agility, dynamic ability, flexibility, endurance and spatial awareness in the performance of complex movements. These aspects are developed through the practice of free-sparring, stances, hyungs (choreographed combat movements or forms), fitness and conditioning drills, advance self defense hand and kick techniques, breathing exercises and meditation.
Master Rob Elphick (4th Dan)
Started training in Tang Soo Do at the age of 14 and has been teaching traditional Tang Soo Do since 2000. He attained the grade of 4th Dan Master belt in 2011. Specialising in developing Tang Soo Do and the martial arts as a practical form of self-defence and martial combat.
