I have been training with Ishin Ryu Ju Jitsu for almost 12 years and would recommend it to any adult or child.
The discipline, mental fortitude and physical fitness that Ishin Ryu Ju Jitsu will help you to achieve will not only make you the best martial artist you could ever be but will also better you as a person. Within Ishin Ryu Ju Jitsu I have achieved things, been places and met people that I could never have dreamt of when I joined as an eager 5 year old. I am forever grateful for the opportunities that Ishin Ryu has given me and would recommend it to anyone: young, old, male, female, fit or unfit.
