I have been a member of the JKD Ireland NI group now for nearly seven years and have loved every minute of it. Lead by head instructor Martin O'Neill and assisted by a great bunch of instructors and the quality of the training is world class. If you interested in authentic Jeet Kune Do the art developed by the Iconic Bruce Lee this JKD Ireland NI is the place to be. Sifu Martin is one of only had full of people in the world certified by both Taky Kimura and Dan Inosanto inturn the only two certified by Bruce Lee to teach his art.

If JKD is not your think than there are regular class in the Filipino Martial art of Kali, Brazilian Jujitsu Kickboxing and fitness class for Men and Women of all levels and abilities. There is also a great kids class. All the programs are based on real martial arts and mixed with lots of Fun.

In fact that's my experince of training here at it's heart of everything done JKD Ireland NI is to provide highest quality martial arts from around the world, with all the traditional values you would expect mixed in with lots of fun and sweat.

Very 'street realistic' methods taught incorporating Jeet Kune Do, Wing Chun, Thai Boxing, Chinese Kickboxing, Kali/Eskrima, Brazilian Ju Jitsu, Silat and more. Good and well mannered instructors who are always helpful. Great Gym and well equiped (mats, Mook Jong, Bags, mitts etc). Regular seminars with some of the greatest Instructors under Guru Dan Inosanto (An original student of Bruce Lee).
