This class does not just teach moves in order to pass the grades and gain the various coloured belts. The teachings provide essential lessons to be a success in life - discipline, focus, confidence, respect and many others.
The pupils learn to support each other and help fellow pupils learn the moves and be prepared for the grading. Therefore developing team work skills, teaching and demonstration skills.
Cannot recommend this class enough.
