After more than 25 years of martial arts training, 15 years of martial arts teaching and over 15 years lecturing in sports science throughout the UK, Europe and the USA, Master Jake Ogden has established his own innovative art-form using scientific, well researched training concepts.

Jado Kuin Do is designed for all the family, from 3 to 103.
