Started with them 6 months ago, never looked back. It's full on, full contact and many have come and gone as it not what some people are looking for, IE: concrete floor, full power hits, multiple assailant training, poor lighting. BUT thats whats its like in the real world, if I'm going to seriously train for a real life defence situation I want to do it against someone who is really trying to knock me down in a realistic environment. Love this place and the guys there. Try it out.
