Welcome to Ji-Tae Elite Taekwondo, Yorkshires premier traditional WTF taekwondo school. Our chief instructor is Master Terry Frost a 6th Dan Master grade black belt. Master Frost has over 40 years experience in taekwondo and is regarded by his peers as one of the best in the business. Master Frost is a member of the World Taekwondo Association's black belt grading panel.
Ji-Tae Elite Taekwondo is a member of the WTA which is affiliated with British Taekwondo, the UKs governing body for the sport.
Our classes are mixed and are for everyone from young & old, boys & girls and ladies & gents. Parents train alongside their children which really gives off a good family atmosphere. There is a mixture of kup grades (coloured belts) and Dan grades (black belts). You will be suprised at our black belts in both there skill and that their are easy approachable should you need any advice or assistance. During our classes you will develop flexibility, fitness, stamina, coordination, self control, greater confidence and discipline.
Taekwondo is the Korean martial art of self-defense and is loosely translated into "the way of the fist and foot".
We don't have contracts or direct debits, you pay as you train. And the first lesson is free!! So what you waiting for? Come and have a go at "Taekwondo".
