The classes on Wednesday nights are electric. The spirit and kihaps from the students is awesome and loud. Definitely sweat gallons. Very best martial arts class in the area.

Master Frost is legendary, he knows how to get the best from his students. Definitely give it a try I'm sure you'll be hooked. Great instructor and a great club.
Master Frost has a huge amount of teaching experience and knows how to bring out the best in his students, no matter what their experience. The classes are very friendly with a real family atmosphere. The fellow students are very welcoming with everyone keen to help any new beginners. Definitely worth trying out.
