I've trained under David for 9 years and I can honestly say there has not been a single lesson that I did not enjoy or felt was below the normal fantastic high standard. You will certainly learn some 'stuff' at this club which is taught to your own level in terms of both ability and fitness.

Great hobby and confidence building

I have trained under David for 8 years, and have made many friends, as well as learning a martial art. Highly recommend the classes as they are well run by a great instructor.
I took my son to try out Ju jitsu at this club about 6 years ago. I thought it looked fun so decided to give it a go myself. As a mother of 2 kids I thought a bit of self defence would be beneficial. 6 years on and both me and my son are Black Belts! My daughter is hopefully taking her Black Belt this Christmas.
Sensei Dave is an amazing instructor. He keeps it fun and engaging for the kids. For the adults he adapts techniques to suit any shape, size or ability.
