Hi there, I’m Nic, A qualified Personal trainer, I have 10+ years of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) experience.

I work directly with a wide range of clients, from high level combat athletes to complete beginners to fitness.

My choice of workplace is mostly outdoors, I also offer home visits (if location is suitable for sessions, please ask for more details regarding this).

My services include sports specific training, weight lost, toning, strength & conditioning and self defence techniques,

I have multiple sessions available through Monday - Friday. Let me know which are your best days and I’ll let you know which time slots are available.
