I have trained with Ray at Jrb for 2 and a half years now. I've lost over 3 stone and i'am now a blue belt. I look forward to training every week and find the other students in the club very friendly.
Very friendly club with a really friendly spirit. All grades mix and train together and advanced students offer so much advice and support. Expert tuition from the senior instructor Ray ( 4th dan black belt )
As a senior student, I was worried about joining a club like this but have been made to feel very welcome. I can honestly say I have never felt stronger or fitter. Training can be demanding at times but everyone works to their ability and the rewards are well worth the sweat.
