Shihan Liam shares his wealth of knowledge and endeavours to train in the traditional Kyokushin way.
Kata, kihon & kumite are the staple of Kyokushin and are taught in well structured and informed lessons.
This is a friendly dojo where all members are valued and enjoy working hard
There really is no where quite like it

Liam is a very good instructor he definitely continues the kyokushin ideal (strongest karate)
His understanding of bunkai and application is outstanding
The training is hard and traditional
I heard about this place from a friend, thought I’d give it a go and haven’t looked back since. A great place to get fit with regular HIIT workouts, and pushing my endurance both physically and mentally. Lovely people who are welcoming, but also very skilled at what to do. Open to all ages and genders, it’s a warming, controlled area to practice and develop martial arts.
