KO Stroud offers a purpose built, multi disciplinary dojo with experienced and enthusiastic coaches for adults and juniors in Boxing, Thaiboxing and Brazilian Jiujitsu under Gracie Stroud. We take children from the age of 3 - 14, with adult classes 15+.
We offer a free trial session to prospective new members, book a spot through https://www.kostroud.co.uk/enquiries and we will be delighted to show you what we can do for you or your children.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at KO Stroud:
Juniors 3 - 6 years Monday and Thursday at 4.30pm
Juniors 6+ Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 5.15pm, Tuesday at 6.15pm, Saturday and Sunday at 3pm, Sunday at 11am.
