Having studied here for a while. I’ve enjoyed all the different training styles found inside this one martial art. Classes are relaxed and friendly, but still structured, learning a variety of different aspects of this transitional form. Classes consist of a variety of different levels, and is suitable for everyone
I would absolutely recommend this.
