I love training here. It's always fun and the group of people I train with are so nice, no egos at all and all so very helpful. Adam is one of the best teachers and martial artists I have ever seen. Not only does he have a deep knowledge and understanding in what he does, he is also a very friendly and approachable person. He explains everything so well. He will explain that every movement you do has a purpose and demonstrates perfectly what it means. I love how we practice traditional martial arts but with modern street fighting application. Since I've trained with Adam I've lost weight, feel healthier, my confidence is up and I've found something I love doing. I never feel stupid to ask questions (as I have experience from other dojo's - where questions were not always appreciated). I would recommend training with Adam to anyone. And if I had kids I would certainly sign them up to Adam Lawrie Kaikatsudo

Having studied under Adam at a previous school where he was the lead instructor and now at his own school I would thoroughly recommend Adam Lawrie either as an adult wishing to learn or for kids . His lessons are informed and physically demanding giving both great fitness as well as great technique and you couldn't meet a friendlier person . Kaikatsudo is a unique blend of Kung fu and traditional karate and will give any child or adult superb teaching in the martial arts . Not only do I myself train with Adam but my three children also train too giving a great place for the whole family to train . Couldn't speak highly enough off the club. Fantastic.
