Kaishi karate school teaches karate to children from age 4 and above. It s aim is to introduce children to this martial art in a fun and friendly way. Karate aids self defence, self confidence, self discipline, coordination, fitness and increases positive social interactions.

Classes are available after school and at the weekend on a pay as you go basis. First class is a free trial.

Mondays and Tuesdays in Harrow Weald & Stanmore

Wednesdays and Saturdays in East & Central Finchley and Friern Barnet

Fridays and Saturdays in Edgware.
