Kaishukan Aikido Dojo is a local run martial arts class in South Liverpool teaching traditional aikikai. Aikido is a martial art founded on the principles of friendship, self discipline and self respect. This friendly club is open to anybody wishing to train above the age of 5 (will consider below 5 in the right circumstances), regardless of status, creed, origin or disability. Parents and guardians are welcome to train with their children or watch.
We are a dojo in the British Aikido Federation, The instructor is Mr Stephen Whittaker ( 2nd dan Honbu) who has 20 years experience in Aikido and Iaido and Jo staff. A qualified childrens instructor with strong connections to japan.
