We are a family based martial arts academy with a team of instructors that deliver several successful program's for all ages. We have several classes every day and we are the only academy in the area to have classes 7 days a week. Students from 3 years and upwards are welcomed. We are a Shukokai academy which offers traditional training as well as the sport side of karate. The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Kaizen-Do Karate - The Family Martial Arts Academy:
Programs & Class Schedule
We have Little Ninja classes for 3-6 year olds that take place 3 times a week.
Junior Dragons classes for 7-14 year olds take place 6 days a week.
Family classes take place everyday of the week.
Adult classes are available 2 days a week.
Private sessions are available.
Class prices vary from £1 upwards.
