Well worth trying for those with no experience of martial arts. I have a mobility disability and I have been trying in Kamon for 3 years

Great class and amazing teaching. A fun place to try something new and add some very useful skills. Give it a try and see yourself flourish.
A really good confidence boost and with a great group of people. Totally recommended.
