We teach traditional Karate in a friendly yet disciplined atmosphere.
Anyone can try us out for free, and even when you join we do not have contracts.
Classes begin with a warm up period, followed by basic techniques, partner-work, and set patterns to learn (kihon, kumite, and kata), as well as training on the pads and working with realistic applications for the traditional forms.
Your instructors have a minimum of 5 years training, are black belts, and DBS checked (used to be CRB).
