Here at North east Kickboxing we aim to provide our students with the opportunity to come and learn this effective martial art in a safe and well equipped environment under the guidance of fully insured, qualified, CRB checked and experienced instructors.
Kickboxing can be a fun and enjoyable way to improve your confidence, self discipline, self defence skills and all elements of your fitness including your stamina, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning.
We can offer you the opportunity to track your progress through our grading syllabus from beginner to Black belt. Or, if you want to try your hand at competing, by climbing into the ring or getting on the mat at local and national tournaments! Maybe you would just like to come along and improve your fitness and learn self defence. Whatever your goals we believe we have something that suits your needs.
We also offer Traditional Karate sessions two days a week and at some of our other venues across the region.
