Love this family run club, which I have been training with them for over year now. It is great that all ages, size or ability are made welcome.

Love training every week and I would recommend Kazoku Karate-do to everyone.

As the headline says, this really is the best family run dojo you are likely to find! The Jarvis clan love what they do, and it shows week in, week out! They always have smiles on their faces and so do their many students; myself included! Their classes are always something to look forward to, and they always make it so much fun to learn. Each and every class is never the same, so you never know what to expect when you walk through the dojo doors. Everyone is also made to feel so welcome, regardless of their ability level. This class is definitely worth a try!

I absolutely love attending Kazoku fit, The Instructors Jess, Chrissie and John are very good.

They are encouraging and attentive in every session they run . Sometimes I find some

exercise tricky but I am always advised to not give up and to do something that I can

manage . We have fun, get fit and most of all smile because we are part of a Family . ...Kazoku Family xx

The team behind this club are fanatic. Family run by the Jarvis family every single one of them makes you feel part of the family from the moment you arrive. Warm welcomes and friendly faces are always a great start. But it’s when Sensei John and Jess start talking and showing then the real amazement starts. It’s the details. It’s the way they know how a small tweak in a kata can make you a gold Kendal winner. It’s their passion.

They really are as the name suggests a family club. They treat each member whether it be the karate class or the fitness class like a member of their own family. Always ready to answer any questions you may have, always smiling and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this club to anyone interested in taking up karate or just to keep fit. My son and I started coming a few months back, we both love it, so friendly and we always leave with a smile on our faces. Made to feel really welcomed. Something new to learn each week. Amazing family fun club. Would give more than 5 stars.

This is a family run club of which you become part of a big family. .. any age, size or ability is made welcome and encouraged and nurtured to be the best they can in the fitness and the karate.

I have worked in education for nearly 30 years. Keeping a class of students in any subject motivated, inspired and educated week in/week out takes a lot of skill. To do that with a large number of students with an age range of between 6 and 60 who have a martial arts background of between 0 weeks and 15 years takes someone with great teaching ability, humour, skill and humility. John and the other teachers at Kazoku deliver high quality lessons every week that combine martial arts skills, fitness and fun. Wednesday night is the highlight of our family's week and I recommend Kazoku Karate-Do to everyone.

Absolutely love this Family Run Club who I have been training in Kazoku Karate So for over a Year now and thoroughly enjoy my training I am a 48 year old female that has been nertured and encouraged to gain confidence in martial arts and have at present achieved my purple belt. I train at both Whitley and Shinfield Dojo's and I have been attending the Kazoku Fit Classes twice a week for almost a Year now which has helped me with cardio and footwork doing circuits pad work dance routines floor core work you name it. Kazoku is a non judgemental Everyone of all abilities welcome which is why I choose this club above any other running in my local area of Reading. 👌😁

Highly recommend this club there is never a dull moment, everyone has a smile on their face. You are made to feel so welcome, never judged if you can’t do something just do whatever you can do . Lots of laughs, fun, and getting fit .

I would definitely recommend this club good DOJO locations friendly students . lots of equipment supplied such as kick shields and focus pads . good knowledgeable instructors that are always on hand to help .
