Optimum MMA is Louths ONLY Mixed Martial Arts academy and is a fun, friendly, family based club, run by 3rd degree black belt and chief Instructor Sean Byrne.
Optimum MMA believes in Leading by Example and creating One black belt at a time and helping each individual excel and become the best Martial artist they can. All classes are taught by Mr Byrne who is a fully qualified instructor who is CRB checked and first aid trained with a back ground in teaching adults and children as well as those with learning difficulties.
At Optimum MMA all are welcome and we have classes daily with low priced membership to suit everyone
