I am a karate student and I have been doing karate at Northgate Karate Club 3years. Karate is an excellent martial arts to learn, especially its not just about gaining belts and self defence, karate builds confidence, make new friends, learn new things, teaches you how to be patient and the main thing teaches you how to respect.
Karate is not just about fighting, karate is fitness which increase your fitness level up, karate is fun and anyone who is thinking about joining karate class NEVER take it from your mind, go and try it because you will never be disappointed!
