Enjoyable, friendly and an emphasis on everybody reaching their goals and full potential. Suitable for everyone (4yrs +) with very knowledgeable Instructors. I particularly enjoyed the challenge of learning the Southern Shaolin Wuzuquan / Wujiquan.
Great for kids and adults a like expert instructors who can cater for all levels.
I've been going for years and would recommend to anyone. Great place for beginners and you are made to feel really welcome. No matcho rubbish it's serious training in a fun environment.
