We teach traditional Okinawan karate, specifically the style of Matsubayashi-ryu as founded by Nagamine Shoshin Sensei.
The basis of the style is non-sport oriented and aims to develop the student in mind and body by underlying the ethics found in the true way of martial arts.
We are affiliated to the World Matsubayashi-ryu (Shorin-ryu) Karate-do Association and have strong links directly with Okinawa.
