Kokoro Shotokan Karate is a traditional karate club with a modern approach to practical applications. The class instructor is Sensei Paul Cooper 3rd Dan who has practised karate for over thirty years acheiving his black belt with the renowned Hanshi Shiro Asano 9th Dan.
We are a mixed class so parents and children can train together, we accept children from nine and above, but will take children from six if a parent trains as well.
We are part of the respected Conroy Karate group, our Chief Instructor is Sensei Tony Conroy 8th Dan.
