Friendly family-run club in a lovely light and clean dojo. Good balance of junior and senior grades, kids and adults. Plenty of basics and fitness work, along with kumite and kata. Karate done properly!
Well structured class that is well thought out. Covers the 3 elements of karate with a fitness warm up in a friendly family atmosphere.
