If you are considering a martial art or some sort of self defence to enable yourself to feel you have what is needed when it is needed I can highly recommend Krav Maga as the one to choose and the instruction offered by Krav Systems is second to none
Classes are well organised and within a few weeks you will realise your own progression as well as gain another level of fitness
I have been learning Krav for a couple of years and the classes are fun and inspire further progression
