Get fit and learn to protect yourself

This time of the year - January - the gym will be full with people looking to improve themselves

If you are considering losing weight and getting fitter I can highly recommend Krav Maga. Krav Systems is an excellent school with classes in Worcester, Redditch and Droitwich

I have been learning for a few years but it is easy to pick up, and barring a few bruises, is safe and reasonably challenging

So if you are looking to get fit and learn something new and don't want to buy a gym membership that will gather dust and cost you a fortune I highly recommend Krav Maga
