Master Darren is a friendly, organised & disciplined leader. I am so pleased with the progress my 6 yr old son has made since joining in February - kuk sool has made him a stronger more confident boy and the group welcomed him like one of the family.
I wouldn't dream of taking him anywhere else.

Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable martial art school, teaching martial arts the right way. This is evident by how great the students always do in competition at tournaments. Statistics don't lie, our average medal point to student ratio is second to none anywhere in the UK.
When I joined KSW Lakenheath as a beginner, I received a friendly welcome and was very impressed by the high standard of tuition. I started in my late 40s and was thrilled to loose in excess of 28 pounds in weight by doing nothing different other than the KSW training. I have achieved the level of 1st Dahn (black belt), which I never would have thought possible. As Master Darren Hart often says “you can do more than you think you can!”
