This martial art is the best I have ever tried. I booked a free trial class and went along with an open mind and leaned loads. The instructor Richard is very knowledgeable and always pushing us to be our best. Everyone in the class is very friendly and the training has made me the fittest I have ever been. I always leave each class feeling great. I have greater focus and love the continuous learning that is offered in Kuk Sool Won. I would recommend this martial art to anyone looking for a fun and friendly atmosphere to learn this awesome martial art.
