My son and daughter started at four and seven respectively, it has been a great experience for our whole family. PSBN Karen is superb with children. I joined myself and she provides the perfect mix of training, discipline, and fun. I am now a brown-belt and find training a great way to get fit and make new friends.

I think you’ll find, what I have, a great instructor and great atmosphere for learning martial arts from a top instructor who wants to see you succeed. Plus you’ll meet a lot of great people too!
