We are a family run martial arts school promoting family values and the qualities of martial arts excellence. We teach effective and varied self-defense skills and the values of respect, courtesy, and self-discipline.
We pride ourselves in providing high energy and enjoyable classes whilst teaching the amazing spectrum of the Korean martial arts.
The school owner and head instructor is Master Kris French. Kris started Kuk Sool Won™ at the age of 9. After 25 years training he received his 5th dahn black belt in June 2013 from Grandmaster In Hyuk Suh. He works as a Child Safeguarding detective for Norfolk police and has previously been a defensive tactics instructor and police firearms officer.

Martial Art Styles
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Kuk Sool Won of Thetford:
Programs & Class Schedule
Classes are held each Tuesday and Thursday evening:
Juniors 6 pm - 7 pm, ages 5 - 12 years;
Adults 7 pm - 8 pm, ages 13 years and above.
Everyone is entitled to two free trial lessons. If you decide to train with us we arrange payment via Direct Debit. There is no minimum term, this can be cancelled at any time.
