I came along to have a taster session and left feeling empowered. The instructors are understanding and patient ( with a great sence of humour) An hour passes by so quick and for the first time in years I believe in myself.
My friend and I have started at this school. We are both 13 year old girls. I was surprised how much fun Kuk sool was. Exercise doesn't feel like exercise. I also enjoy learning self defence. After having trouble with bullying, I am finally getting my confidence back oh and my figure
