How I Made Power In My Head And Feet

I used to have weakling arms and legs. Then I have to get this practice School. I learn it makes me strong not just in my face but my soul and face.
Now me and Grandfather have a go in this week, he smile at my face and say "Can we do Grandmother" and I say please yes.
Please read and you will do this place like me.
