Kurai Aikido has been operating for over 45 yrs and teaches Traditional Aikido, with Iwama influences, under the instruction of Sensei Roy Sheppard 6th Dan.
Kurai Aikido is a member of the British Aikido Board, the Sport England recognised National Governing Body for Aikido in the UK
Weare open to learning from all styles of aikido and participate in joint courses.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Kurai Aikido:
Adults: Monday & Friday 8-10 pm
£30 per month including all memberships, mat fees and gradings.
Juniors: Friday: 6.30-8 pm Mat fee £3, plus £10 per annum membership.
Minimum Age 6 yrs
First Lesson Free for Adults & Juniors
