We offer a full traditional Shotokan Karate system including the mostly forgotten elements of pressure points and ground fighting, Chief instructor Mark Rands 5th Dan JKA has been training for 37 years and has trained with some of the world best traditional and modern instructors and fighters.
All our instructors are CRB checked and first aid trained.
