Lambeths Martial art school coach and Instructor, Nic Bale is a 6th degree black belt with over 32+ years of experience. Mr Bale founded the unique little leaders program specially designed to teach children essential life skills, focus and listening whilst learning self defence in a fun and safe environment.
Nic has trained several world and European champions and 1000's of medal winners over the past 20+ years of teaching, he has trained all over the world and studied many different styles of martial arts to ensure he brings nothing but the best to his students.
Mr Bale also has a very successful fight team in the K1(and boxing) with title belts and huge amounts of success. Lambeth martial arts training is safe, effective, gets you exceptionally fit but in a friendly no ego environment, a truly great instructor with great credentials. No experience needed but outstanding tuition guaranteed.

Programs & Class Schedule
Every Friday just turn up 5 mins before in loose clothing.
5:00 pm. Little leaders - 4 to 6 yrs. Unique martial art classes teaching life skills and core skills such as confidence, discipline, self esteem, focus and much more alongside a structured martial arts program. They will love it for sure
5.30 pm Family and Adult Taekwon Do - 6 yrs to adult. A dynamic Korean martial art which teaches effective self defence, instills discipline, increases confidence, gets you fitter and more flexible.
6:15 pm K1 kickboxing - 12 yrs to adult. A great way to get fit, de stress, learn new skills and have fun in a safe and controlled environment. K1 is the fastest growing kickboxing style in the world. suitable for all levels of fitness. Optional fighters training and PT available.
