Self-Defence Course
On our Self-Defence Course you will learn:
* How to recognise situations where there is a risk of harm
* Your legal rights of self-defence
* How to deal with the effects of high stress situations on your body
* Effective self-defence techniques, including use of reasonable force
* Use of the above techniques in controlled "real life" scenarios
We can deliver the course in the following different formats:
* Four 90-minute sessions
* Two half-day sessions
* One full-day session
