The Lee Family Internal Arts Association (LFIAA) is headed up by Laoshi Keith Ewers who has been studying Chinese internal martial arts for 40 years.
The LFIAA offers holistic study into Chinese internal martial arts, covering qigong, kaimen and tai chi for health but also martial arts, including tai chi and kung fu.
The classes offered by the LFIAA are open to all above the ages of 16, any ability. Come and give it a go!
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Lee Family Internal Arts Association (LFIAA):
Classes in Stow Park Community Centre, Newport, every Wednesday evening:
- Tai Chi from 7:15 to 8:15pm
- Kung Fu from 8:15 to 9:15pm
Other classes are available in Newbridge, Abergavenny and Cardiff:

Kung Fu class in The Share Centre, Newport every Monday evening from 6 - 7:15pm
- Abergavenny Monday Evenings
Tai Chi class in the Abergavenny Community Centre every Monday evening
