A really friendly environment with amazing down to earth instructors that are happy to help. Also a fantastic workout!
I'd recommend trying a class to anyone.

Great to be with legacy, superb trainers, Fully enjoy the social aspect as well. Can’t wait to get back involved as soon as Covid is over

Have been training with Alex and Elaina for many years they're both very down to earth to say they have such an incredible skill set, no egos just genuine people offering a great martial art, whether you want to increase fitness/confidence/knowledge/self protection etc this is the place to train! Highly recommended come and try it you won't regret it !!
I have been taught by Alex and Elaina for many years, and can honestly say that they are some of, if not, the best instructors around. They have both the knowledge and the skill set to teach high level martial arts in a fun and friendly environment. I would highly recommend Legacy to anyone looking to get into the martial arts, whether you are experienced or not this is the place to train!
