I've been a member here for a number of years and still love it! The instructors are knowledgeable and skilled, the classes are safe and controlled with very few injuries.
If you are a bit nervous about martial arts I urge you to give this club a go, I was really nervous to begin with but now my confidence is much better, and you can learn at your own pace.
